Is a license required?
No license is required to operate our boats.

Is my dog allowed on board?
Your dog is allowed on board, but not allowed on the cushions.

Where can I park my car?
We have ample parking spots on site. However, carpooling when possible is a good idea.

Do you have lifejackets available?
We have lifejackets available for kids at no additional cost.

How much is the deposit and do I have to pay for fuel?
You do not have to pay a deposit. Fuel is included with the price. The prices mentioned on the booking page are the total prices.

Can I pay with a card?
We accept cash or pin (not creditcard) on site.

Is it possible to cancel in the case of bad weather?
You can change or cancel your booking with no additional cost by contacting us. Please do so at least one day in advance.

Are there any routes to follow? Places for a snack or dinner nearby?
Our guests receive a simple map before leaving with a few routes. Restaurants are also marked on this map.

I'm trying to book online but the system says my e-mailaddress already exists. / I have forgotten my password.
Please click on the "Forgot Password?" below the sign-in screen and fill in your e-mailaddress. You should receive an e-mail within a few minutes with a new password.
If not, it's possible to book a boat by phone or e-mailing us.

I have not received a confirmation e-mail for my booking?
Please check your spam folder as well. If there is still no e-mail please contact us by phone or e-mail to check if your booking succeeded.
